Local Migration addresses the flows of globalisation; movements of people and everyday practices amongst the processes of gentrification and commodification of private/public space.
Utilising large–scale and internal projection, visual artists Hoang Tran Nguyen and Ian Corcoran will visit various sites in transit.

Vacant homes on the real estate market in Footscray and the redevelopment of the Kensington Commission Sites will be restaged from sunset over five nights. Highlighting the transient nature of our contemporary environment, this project aims to intersect local geographies/histories with “glocal” developments.
